The majority of the requirements are focused on eBilling & statements between the 2 companies. This role will be responsible for getting more color around the current requirements and presenting them to IT/Business Users to determine which requirements are 'nice to haves' and which need to be prioritized immediately. One area where they are having performance issues is around AR batching. Ask if they are familiar with AR batching/running performance tests around the batching process. Many of the requirements gathering sessions will be done via phone, email, and Webex, because many of the users sit in Raleigh (Carquest location).

They should also have some config experience as they'll be asked to support the business users who do the configurations. NOTE - this is NOT a Functional Config resource.
