Our thorough onboarding process ensures that within 90 days, you will be closing deals at a rate of 2-3 per month. Additionally, we offer continuous educational opportunities to keep our agents sharp and competitive in the market. Make 2024 the year you significantly boost your production. Our licensed agents consistently kick off 2-3 escrows per month, regardless of whether they have 30 days or 30 years of experience, thanks to the top-quality leads offered by inMotion Group Properties.

Responsibilities
- List residential properties for sale in Denver, CO, US, and effectively market these listings to attract potential buyers
- Skillfully manage negotiations for purchase agreements and contracts, ensuring satisfaction for both buyers and sellers
- Perform thorough market analyses to precisely determine property values in the Denver area
- Offer clients valuable insights on essential real estate procedures and expert support throughout the transaction process
- Maintain an active Real Estate License to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- To be considered for the position, a valid Real Estate License is a requirement
- Previous experience within the Real Estate industry is mandatory for this role
- US Work Authorization is a must-have qualification
- Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients
- A track record of successful sales is a key requirement for this position
Compensation
$72,000 - $312,000 yearly
