Client:
- Full service CPA firm for 30 years
- 30% commission on ALL REVENUE brought in (No Cap)
- FULLY PAID FOR BENEFITS by employer: health, vision, dental, and 401K match
In Office 5 days a week - 9:00 – 5:00 w. 1-hour for lunch from 12pm – 1pm

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Current and valid CPA license required.
- Working knowledge and experience in the preparation and review of individual and corporate tax returns including but not limited to Forms 1040, 1120S, 1120, 1065, 1041, 706, and 709
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, both domestic and international
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate a high-performing tax team
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Provide training and support to the tax team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Oversee the company's tax department to ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
- Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize profitability
- Research and interpret tax laws and regulations, keeping the company informed of any changes that may impact the business
