Your Opportunity as the Analyst, Payment Services
Gain experience and knowledge from top talent in our Payment Services team by supporting working capital initiatives and reporting and analysis for our various manufacturing locations. Have the ability to expand your skill set and learn different aspects of finance within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry through our Financial Analyst Rotation Program to ensure growth and development every two years.
Location: Orrville, OH
Work Arrangements: hybrid, 30% in office expectation
In This Role You Will
- Analyze department workflow and provide recommendations and assistance in managing changing business needs
- Update and maintain Payment Services procedures and SOX documentation
- Improve and optimize current company-wide working capital initiatives with Financial Planning and Analysis team
- Develop department advancements to deliver on Strategic Initiatives
- Prepare and upload monthly journal entries
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Develop and analyze scorecard for supporting improved discount recognition
- Develop reporting / provide analysis in support and terms management within Oracle / Ariba system to effectively track changes and working capital efficiencies
- Provide analysis and support to key departmental and cross functional projects
- Develop and analyze quarterly scorecard through rebate recognition and spend analysis by department or plant

Minimum Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience (inclusive of internships)
- Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines
- Adaptability to prioritize and manage changing workloads and deadlines
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role (not required):
- ERP experience
- Experience working in Oracle or Ariba
