What We Need:

What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:
- Directly support the VP and Director of the iHeartMedia FP&A team.
- Partner with iHeart Media finance and Corporate teams on annual budgeting, monthly forecasting/R&O, headcount reporting, cash flow reporting, and month-end close processes for accurate and timely reporting to senior management and/or Board of Directors.
- Help prepare for earnings call and other external facing events including 10-Q/K, Q&A documents, earnings decks, investor/conference presentation, etc.
- Provide robust variance analysis and facilitate reviews with Business and Corporate department heads of their forecasts/budgets to identify areas of potential costs savings, risks, and opportunities.
- Publish weekly revenue focused reports sent to C-suite executives and senior management.
- Perform analysis/deep dives on revenue trends, Business and Corporate expenses, and other periodic ad-hoc analytical projects.
- Create/maintain/improve key financial models (P&L, B/S, Cashflow) used for forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range forecast process and evaluation of strategic business decisions.
- Find opportunities to improve the efficiency of existing processes and propose improvements.
What You'll Need:
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an operating business unit or a corporate finance group.
- Good understanding of budgeting/forecasting processes and accounting principles.
- Professional presence with strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to partner with business unit leads, financial partners, and to present to senior executives and leadership.
- Resourceful self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and experienced managing end-to-end processes.
- Intellectual curiosity to identify areas that need managerial focus and to develop new analytic tools to provide necessary insights.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with a focus on speed and efficiency. Experience with Thinkcell a plus.
- In-depth experience and understanding of ERP systems including but not limited to forecast submissions and General Ledger constructs. Experience with IBM Cognos a plus.
- Experience working in high paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to balance multiple responsibilities and tasks.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree a plus but not required.

Compensation:
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
