The Finance Department provides financial insight and guidance to Operations, FP&A, Real Estate, Human Resources, and Innovation teams. Inquisitive, and self-motivated, the Senior Financial Analyst creates and analyzes various financial models and reports. As a critical cross-functional partner for the organization, this position will serve as an expert for budgeting and P&L-related analysis, including, but not limited to variances, expense trends, food waste, and overall profitability. This motivated and enthusiastic team member possesses strong business acumen, as well as excellent quantitative and decision-making skills. A successful Senior Financial Analyst will turn analysis into insights and will effectively communicate findings and recommendations, as well as help make business decisions alongside stakeholders.
This position is hybrid remote. The ideal candidate would reside in Colorado and be able to travel to the Restaurant Support Center in Englewood, CO as needed.
Essential Responsibilities
- Through partnership with the broader FP&A team, prepare and maintain select components of the corporate budget.
- Maintain, update, and provide continuous improvement to portions of the enterprise financial model.
- Provide robust ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting, and effectively present the results and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Report on week, period, quarter, and annual financial performance to the leadership team, and prepare explanations of variances to budget.
Years of Experience/Education Required:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of quantitative and qualitative financial analysis experience, preferably within restaurant or retail industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
Other Requirements:
- Excellent financial modeling skills, and the ability to turn data into insights and make recommendations regarding improvements to profitability.
- Strong background in financial statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flow.
- Demonstrated success in generating budgets, analyzing P&L results, and reporting financials.
- Advanced analytical skills with sound business judgement and high level of attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, with cross-functional teams, and to meet deadlines.
- Nimbleness and adaptability to changes in priorities.
- Curiosity, self-drive, and enthusiasm to deliver results and improve the existing processes.
Software/Technical Skills:
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Anaplan and Power BI preferred.

Compensation Range: $91,400.00 - $125,675.00
