Role Purpose
As a Senior Marketing and PR Communications Manager at Envato, you will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic marketing and public relations plans that enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth.
Responsibilities and Objectives
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and PR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and goals.
- Manage the annual marketing and PR budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing and PR campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies as necessary to produce high-quality content and materials.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and PR initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Public Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Handle media inquiries, interviews, and participate in crisis communication efforts.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing and PR activities.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of marketing collateral.
- Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and events to increase visibility and engagement.
Key Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing and PR, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Proven track record of successful marketing and PR campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term goals.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a rapidly changing industry.

The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is below:
- $160,000 - 180,000 per year in California
Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but may also be eligible for annual incentives. The referenced salary range is based on the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
