Business Analyst - Infrastructure/Cyber Security
Agility Partners is seeking qualified applicants to fill an open Infrastructure Business Systems Analyst position with one of our Banking clients. In this role, you will have the ability to support cross-functional infrastructure teams and successfully manage their deliverables in a Waterfall and Agile framework for multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Support small, medium, and large projects, working with the assigned project manager, lead architect, lead engineer, and other analysts to execute initiatives on time and within budget.
- Define project scope and gather and document detailed requirements.
- Review technical design specifications to assert if all the requirements are met.
- Manage project documentation (including Excel spreadsheets), perform light analysis of lists, scribe meeting minutes, risk & issues, and follow up on action items, and assist the Program/project manager as needed.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate would bring the following:
- Must have 5+ years of experience performing duties as a business systems analyst producing project artifacts e.g. scope and requirements documents.
- Must possess the interpersonal skills to work well with business and IT groups (e.g., presenting scope document at an Enterprise-wide review call).
- Experience with cyber security or identity and access management projects is highly preferred.
- Must understand waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, a “can do” attitude, and attention to detail.
- Must be flexible in a fast-paced banking environment where priorities can shift.
- Must be a team player with a strong resolve for customer service and satisfaction.
- Experience with using Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
- Experience on infrastructure projects is required.
