Job Title: Financial Analyst II
Location: Hybrid - On site 2 days a week
Purpose: The Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day FP&A activities of the Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control organization. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, this role will support Finance activities primarily within the site.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day business activities which include tracking of operational spend, headcount, and general accounting activities.
- Assist with month-end processes which include but are not limited to creating schedules, reconciliations, and assisting with journal entries.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the function to drive operational cost-saving initiatives and provide value-add insight.
- Support Finance leadership with key business reporting cycles (Latest Best Estimate, Plan Update, Long Range Plan, and Annual Plan).
- Develop and implement dashboards and reports required for business continuity.
- Provide ad hoc support (creating reports and dashboards) for the Biologics Research Drive Manufacturing, Engineering, and Contracting business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
- Minimum 4+ years related finance experience preferably within a large organization.
- Strong Excel skills.
