Responsibilities:
-Responsible for portions of the SEC filings
-Prepare month-end reporting schedules
-Ad-hoc
-Complex accounting projects
-Research technical accounting issues and write memos
Requirements:
-3-5 years of eperience
-CPA preferred
-Strong communication
-Preference for public accounting or public accounting career start
