Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Functional Leaders to spearhead Company-wide initiatives aimed at boosting revenue and optimizing expenses, aligning with community NOI objectives.
Utilize analytical problem-solving techniques to address intricate business inquiries, providing data-backed responses.
Provide exceptional customer service by delivering timely and thoughtful assistance to all stakeholders.
Help lead and drive the budget and forecasting processes in collaboration Finance, Accounting and relevant Functional Department Leaders to ensure the communities are heard and set up for success.
Actively contribute to meetings, presentations, and processes that drive NOI, such as pricing discussions, rate adjustments and increases, Labor optimization and tracking, and Operations Calls.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in roles involving operations, consulting, audit, finance, or process improvement.
Senior Housing experience preferred.
MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
Proven track record of identifying opportunities, formulating strategies, and executing plans to drive business performance.
Strong analytical skills to address complex business questions using data-driven approaches.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
