Position Program Overview
Rockefeller Capital Management offers a distinctive Summer Analyst Program experience as a premier independent financial advisory firm. Our diversified businesses, boutique size, and entrepreneurial culture shape a dynamic, personalized experience for our Analysts.
Our Summer Analyst program is a ten-week (June-August) internship program designed to provide an opportunity to experience the culture and atmosphere of Rockefeller Capital Management. Summer Analysts will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the business providing opportunities to learn, grow, and excel.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria
To be eligible for consideration, students must be projected 2026 graduates and in good standing at the school. Analysts should have an interest in the financial services industry and be eager to learn and make an impact.
Position
The Trust Administration Summer Analyst will specialize in supporting Trust Officers and Senior Trust Officers in the management and administration of trusts. This individual will participate in the collaborative and team-centric approach to client servicing across the Wealth Management division.
Responsibilities - Assist Trust Officers in managing trust and estate client relationships
- Assist in the management of assets and income of trusts in accordance with trust or estate planning objectives
- Work closely with the Trust Officers responsible for applying the provisions of trusts consistent with applicable statutes and regulations as well as meeting KYC, AML, and other regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications- High school degree required.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics, with a focus in Trust Administration or a Trust minor.
- Extracurricular activities involved in Trust Administration or Business-related club involvement.
Skills - Preliminary knowledge of fiduciary concepts and legal policies related to trust administration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Compensation Range The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $32/hour.
