HR Executive (Talent Acquisition & Payroll)

Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement overall talent acquisition strategies and plans to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions in collaboration with the concerned person.
- Utilize various recruitment sources such as job portals, social media, alumni networks, etc. to attract potential candidates.
- Review incoming job applications and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct face-to-face interviews.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
- Negotiate and finalize job offers with selected candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
- Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment screening processes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired employees, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Attend conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand professional knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
