Job Summary
Jeffrey Automotive is searching for an experienced Express Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service while handling various duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting customers, and taking accurate service orders.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist their service needs.
- Schedule appointments and update customer records.
- Verify customers’ orders/repair requests and document maintenance services.
- Answer inquiries regarding automotive services and current promotions.
- Provide estimates for customers based on consultation.
- Educate customers on the services completed.
- Inform customers about promotional discounts and incentives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- At least 1 year of Automotive Express Service Advisor experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to interpret and handle confidential information.
- Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills.
