Mission
She/he will have in charge the analysis of enhancement requests and overall project management.
For validated enhancement requests or projects, she/he will be in charge to follow the implementation of them from the specification to the delivery.
She/he will be attached to all the IT solutions which are related to the Finance area (ie 2 ERP: AX 2009, ANAEL and ICS Intercompany, IFRS16 Management, Dematerialization Platform).
She/he will work closely with business partners, other stakeholders of the organization, implementation partner, both internal and external resources assigned to the project team and will define daily work with the Application Owner.
She/he will be part, when needed, of the transformation program ERP currently launched to replace Anael and part of AX.
To perform his activity, she/he will:
- Develop strong relationships with business referents to support the Application Owner in setting up a project portfolio and prioritizing business requirements.
- Support the Application Owner to animate and track the progress of editors/contractors activities and check the compliance of their deliverables/outputs.
- Propose and implement with partners, efficient ways of working aligned with processes.
- Follow the Architecture, Security, Audit, GDPR, and internal policies requirements.
Strategy:
Follow the IT Finance solution roadmap, ongoing evolutions on the software by the editor, to ensure they are well aligned and integrated to our Core Model.
Propose "best practices" to automate, optimize, simplify and secure Finance business processes for the sake of business efficiency and value creation.
Ensure internal customer satisfaction.
Teamwork:
Work with subcontracting when relevant.
Promote teamwork and collaboration with the objective of providing the best services to users and customers. Provide help and advice as needed to other Geodis employees.
Work closely and back-up IT Application Owner, other Solution Expert, and IT Level 2 Finance Support Team.
Business requirements / Portfolio Management:
Ensure the monitoring of business change requirements.
Propose prioritization of change requirements to the Application Owner.
Respect the ALM procedures.
Prepare the CAB for all evolutions.
Write the functional specification.
Test the evolution (integration test + E2E) and support Business during UAT phase.
Ensure the hypercare and the transfer to the Support Team.
Project management:
Make sure that all project deliverables in her/his area are completed on time as per the defined rules and procedures.
Participate/contribute to the project review meetings, provide visibility and status reporting.
Manage all project phases in line with roadmaps and budgets under the responsibility of Application Owner.
RUN:
Ensure efficient communication to Support team and animate key users community.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance of her/his applications.
Execute audit in her/his domain.
Minimum Requirements:
- Double competencies in IT and Project Management.
