PwC Talent Exchange – Contract Work – Legal Managed Services Specialist
PwC Talent Exchange has an exciting opportunity for within our Legal Managed Services team. Become part of our esteemed roster for current as well as future Legal Document Review and Data breach projects here at PwC.
For Data Breach projects, our team is seeking professionals with data breach response experience. The following experience in supporting data breach response matters is desired:
- Identify and isolate sensitive personally identifiable information (PII), customer proprietary network information (CPNI), highly sensitive client technical data, and personal health information (PHI)
- Incorporate personal data and individual contact information into breach notification report
- Monitor notification report buildout for accurate data inclusion
- Check for consistent formatting of distinct information categories, and proper category assignments
- Identify sensitive data as defined by client instructions
- Deploy strategies to identify and track data inputs.
For Legal Document review projects, our team is actively seeking licensed attorneys with experience in document review projects
- You will be responsible for reviewing documents for complex litigation matters using an electronic review platform to code for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege.
- Code documents for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege
- Utilize experience in antitrust, SIR, or CID related projects
- Assist with quality control, preparation of privilege, and redaction logs
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of review platforms, particularly Relativity
- Ensure high attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively
- Retain complex work direction and apply critical thinking skills
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have Active Bar Admission/Attorney’s License in any US jurisdiction, in good standing
Engagements vary in length from very short (< 1 week) to very long (> 2 years). Though we do not guarantee hours, we strive to minimize downtime between engagements and endeavor to keep successful Document Reviewers and Data Breach specialists deployed as much as possible.
