Navistar's OMDP Program is a 2 year rotational program where you will engage in a series of well-structured 6 month rotations across key departments such as: engineering, manufacturing, program management, materials management, purchasing and supply chain/logistics.
These diverse assignments will provide you with an in-depth understanding of our business operations and enable you to develop a holistic perspective on the commercial vehicle industry.
Ability to travel up to 30% and rotation flexibility is an important component of our OMDP Program, as rotation assignments could include opportunities at Navistar facilities in Texas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Alabama or elsewhere in the US.
Our US-based program has two start dates a year: January and June/July.

Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Transportation, Logistics, or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical)
OR
- Bachelor's Degree in progress in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Transportation, Logistics, or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical)
Additional Requirements- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
Desired Skills- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
