Store Managers:
Meineke Car Care Centers of Greater Kansas City are seeking Store Managers to become an integral part of our team. These family owned and operated locations want qualified Store Managers who will produce and take the shop to the next level. Here at Meineke we believe in an incentive-based pay structure. Those with high productivity will be compensated accordingly, the sky is the limit!
Terms to be discussed with applicant and are dependent on experience level and your effort.
Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Answer telephones and schedule appointments.
- Create estimates and advise customers of necessary services.
- Manage technician workflow.
- Schedule employees to allow for complete coverage during work day.
- Maintain parts inventory and create inventory orders.
- Manage cash deposits.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Advise senior management of store needs.
- Exceed store sales and traffic goals.
- Maintain store level profitability.
- Train & teach new team members as needed.
- Contribute to a positive, productive team environment.
- Encourage teamwork, positivity, and accountability among all team members.
Store Manager Qualifications:
- 2 years previous management experience at an automotive repair facility
- 2 years service writing experience
- 2 years previous sales experience at an automotive repair facility
- Microsoft Office experience a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Valid Driver License
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic/ willingness to learn
