What You Will Do
- Evaluate parts of various government organizations and lead development or assessment of workforce models.
- Meet with stakeholders, evaluate the workload process, identify key metrics, and build and maintain models to support organizational design, change management, and data analytics based on the staffing objectives.
- Incorporate data into dashboards or visualizations using technology such as PowerBI.
- Integrate models within SharePoint or other central repositories.
- Participate within a team environment, be a creative problem solver, maintain a positive attitude, and proactively communicate.
- Produce trainings, user guides, standard operating procedures, and other documentation.
- Provide biweekly and monthly status updates.
What You Will Need
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance is contractually required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Intermediate or Advanced Proficiency with Excel.
- Aptitude and desire to learn data visualization and other technology platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, Power Apps, etc.)
What Would Be Nice To Have
- 1-3 years of experience
- Experience developing data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau to drive strategic decision-making for clients.
- Experience working with Power Apps / Power Automate.
- Experience with manpower or workforce modeling in the Federal Government.
- Willingness to contribute to internal firm initiatives and business development opportunities.
