Qualifications

- Knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies including Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, and Azure AD
- A strong understanding of network architecture and how organizations run their networks

- Experience with Meraki environments, including setup, managing, and maintaining
- Able to travel up to 15% of the time (rough total of 6-8 weeks per year)
Responsibilities
- Maintain an excellent relationship with our clients
- Collaborate with, and potentially lead, multiple teams both internal and external
- Assess business requirements, short-term and long-term
- Design and present solution strategies
- Collaborate and advise decision-makers
- Lead projects to completion
- Regularly interface with clients via in-person, phone, and email
- Proactively engage problems and work towards resolution
- Manage and participate in projects large and small
- Schedule and conduct remote and onsite appointments
- Install and configure software and provide end-user support
- Work with Microsoft 365, firewalls, routers, servers, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Pay, Location & Schedule
Pay range is offered at $45,000 - $52,000, salaried, negotiable based on skillset, experience & customer service skill level.
Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm with an hour unpaid lunch. There may be occasional evening/weekend work when business needs demand.
We allow flexibility of adjusting hours during slow seasons to make up for additional hours worked during busy seasons, as business need allows. We value work-life balance! 40 hours is standard, and overtime is not typical unless voluntary for premium pay.
Location is split between our Westerville office and local client locations, with occasional opportunities for remote work as business needs allow. There are rare occasions for out-of-state travel based on client location(s).
Benefits
- Paid Time Off: 1st year = 11 days; 2 years + = additional day for each year, maxing out at 6 weeks. PTO is awarded in totality after the 90-day probationary period and at the beginning of each year thereafter.
