Job Description Summary:
The Senior Consultant, BIMI provides leadership in market analysis, competitive intelligence and industry trends impacting business units and clinical service areas. This position is accountable for proactively sharing market intelligence with the leadership and facilitating a process to react or respond with action planning where necessary. In addition, the position may be assigned leadership for ad hoc projects that arise within the department's scope of responsibility. The position must effectively collaborate with marketing, finance and operations areas in executing each of these roles.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree (Required)
- Field of Study: business related curriculum is required.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to communicate complex issues and strategies.
- Detailed knowledge of healthcare industry data sources.
- Ability to understand and manipulate various types of data, including operational, financial, marketing, and planning.
- Creative thinker and user of data.
- Knowledge of secondary research techniques, data sources and development of competitive intelligence systems.
- Proven analytical, technical, and oral written communication skills.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, market research, and general business concepts.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in an analytical field related to market research, strategic planning, management consulting or financial analysis.
