Senior Consultant (m/f/d) - Allianz Consulting - Operational Risk Management

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Legal and Safeguarding Consulting practice area and support us on a broad range of risk management projects of different scope and complexity. You will review, design, implement and maintain resilience programs in Operating Entities and facilitate the handling of operational risks in various domains/safeguarding functions such as Enterprise Risk Management.

Key responsibilities / You will get to:
- Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached.
- Manage communications and project timelines.
- Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
- Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within safeguarding areas of development.
- Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing, team events, and pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the assigned tasks.
Key requirements / What we hope you bring:
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in risk management (Non-financial risk).
- Relevant business experience on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk Management or Internal Risk & Controls Systems which preferably includes designing and implementing risk & control frameworks & methodologies is desired.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, monitoring, reporting or internal controls testing is preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance industry, financial services or consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques are mandatory.
- Relevant experience in project management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and implementation is desired.
- Experience with internal or external clients (consulting) is desired.
- Great communication skills to communicate with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels in a very international setup and excellent command in English to prepare and deliver presentations and reports (other languages are a plus).
- Solving problems mindset and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking.
- PowerPoint and Excel skills (can perform complex functions) are required and experience in other GRC tools are preferred.
