Job Description:
Antwerpen Chevrolet in Eldersburg is looking for hard working and driven account consultants to develop relationships with our customers.
Our account consultants specialize in building relationships with their customers by providing exceptional customer service. From the moment a customer enters the lot it is your responsibility to greet them and help them find the vehicle they are looking for. Once they have found their dream car your job is to prepare the customer to meet with our finance department to iron out the details of their purchase.
With enough hard work this role can grow into a lucrative career opportunity. Our sales executives typically earn 60-90k a year. Top performers earn up to 120k+.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is willing to put in the effort required to succeed in a fast paced sales environment.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet & assist customers
- Help customers find the vehicles they are looking for
- Make vehicle suggestions based on the customers needs
- Demonstrate vehicles features
- Take customers on test drives
- Build relationships with your customers
- Work independently throughout the day
Ideal Candidate:
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Can drive manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles
- Good organizational skills
- Capable communicator
- On time and prepared to work
- Reliable, can follow directions
- Able to excel in a fast paced environment
Experience:
We are looking for candidates who have worked with customers in a previous role. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.
