Responsibilities:
- Daily responsibilities range from project oriented (lead calls, facilitate conversation, track outcomes/TARs) to technical (data validation, system testing, post-production sign-off, UAT testing).
- May give input on reporting design and system tracking, give technical requirements and sign-off on all changes deployed.
- Partner with teammates on the design of Preferred Banking performance measurement tools to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment with the line of business objectives and overall talent strategy.
- Own the development and revision of project documents, status updates, communications, testing and implementation efforts.
- Accountable to ensure that all applicable Enterprise standards, Enterprise procedures and any front line or client facing procedures are followed for the project and documentation meets Enterprise and line of business requirements.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of consulting, project management, process design or strategy experience.
- Experience with Microstrategy/Visual Insights and/or other Business Intelligence tools.
- Experience with Appian workflow development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to leaders and partners at all levels (vertical/horizontal).
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and organized; ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
- Must be proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project).
- Familiarity with Financial Center processes and controls needed to remediate risk.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile project management framework.

Pay Transparency details:
Pay range: $72,100.00 - $114,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
