Your Role and Responsibilities
• Roll out technical and functional aspects of SAP Data and Analytics solutions. Plan, design, implement, and support SAP Data and Analytics based solutions.
• Review business requirement documents and conduct gap analysis with functional team to ensure correct ETL (extract transform and load) and reporting requirements.
• Align business requirements into technical specifications to finalize data analytics requirement. Perform effort estimation, resource planning, tasks assignment, and delivery planning to ensure timely execution and delivery. Working on BODS job developments, loads.
• Assess delivery risk and suggest risk mitigation plan to ensure timely delivery of business-critical reports and data loads. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end users.
• Develop ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) programs with SAP Business objects data services and HANA smart data integration and Smart Data Quality (SDI & SDQ) to facilitate data extraction, cleansing, harmonization, deduplication and conversion from legacy systems to SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
• Monitor and stage data extraction and cleansing from different source systems in the SQL server or Enterprise HANA. Translate business rules to technical procedure and data validation scripts to monitor data readiness.
• Analyze data models against reporting data glossary to fill in gaps for missing objects. Collaborate with data modelling team to absorb data model changes of different software releases.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5 years of experience in Business Objects Data services
- Worked in at least two end to end SAP S4 implementation.
- Should have worked on the minimum three Objects of Data Migration Customer, Vendor, Material.
- 2 years of experience in Data Migration Cockpit and LSMW (Legacy System Workbench)
- 2 plus years of experience in loading data into S4/ECC using Idocs/Bapi

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
