Duties:
- Provide Leadership within the area of Order to Cash, including sales order processing, EDI, gATP, CTP, and customer-related master data.
- Provide leadership on QTC business processes - Quote to Order, Order to Cash and Plan to Make.
- Translate business requirements to technology solutions to apply the right technology solutions for inventory control and capacity control.
- Partner with System integrator to ensure proper documentation of Blueprints and Functional Specifications.
- Lead development of complete test plans and lead unit and integrated test cycles.
- Identify and eliminate technical and implementation risks associated with a technology solution.
- Consult with project managers to develop project plan for proposed solutions including estimates that address assumptions, resources, integration points and risk.
- Proactively work with business leaders, process leaders, and project teams to identify technology solutions and integration opportunities to solve business needs.
- Access the impact on legacy systems – Integration, timeline and collaborate with legacy team to deliver the changes per project plan.
- Lead team of system configurators partnering with System integration to deliver the solution.
- Lead the project design, build & test various activities of transformation project.
- Manage multiple projects using enterprise PMO methodology – Scope, risk, delivery, budget etc. collaborating with PM and resources from other team members.
- Provide project / budget updates to executive IT and business leadership.
- Plan and drive the change management and adoption of Quote to cash and Plan to Make processes.
- Influences business process changes and application architecture decisions.
- Lead internal and external resources during the design, configuration, testing and deployment of ERP capabilities.
- Coordinate design and implementation of technical solutions that meet business user requirements in the area of Order to Cash (OTC).
- Interface with other IT disciplines to successfully complete cross functional integration necessary for an Enterprise solution.
- Document applicable business processes in relation to Order to Cash (OTC) and develop detailed functional specifications for solution in SAP modules including and perform functional unit testing.
- Hybrid remote work permitted (one day per week).
Requirements:
Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in an IT Business Analyst related occupation; or in the alternate, a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in an IT Business Analyst related occupation.
Position requires two (2) years of experience in the following:
- SAP order to cash and supply chain functions.
- Requirement gathering, test case development, and test case execution within Order to Cash and Supply Chain processes.
- Hands-On functional Quote to Cash ERP solutions.
- Material Requirement Planning (MRP) including ATP/Transfer of Requirements and Material Management (MM) Procurement/Inventory integrations.
- Global Trade Services (GTS) / Global Trade Management (GTM) including Brazilian localization and Brazilian e-Invoicing.
- Build and review detailed functional & technical documents, Reports, Function modules, Transactions, Interfaces, Output processing.
