Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on privacy and security obligations, including compliance with state, federal, and international data security laws.
- Guide data security incidents and manage related regulatory investigations.
- Handle matters related to contractual and legal obligations concerning security.
- Defend clients in regulatory investigations related to privacy and security issues.
- Develop and implement strategies for responding to data breaches and security incidents.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
- Manage a complex workload, prioritize tasks effectively, and anticipate potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical findings into actionable insights for business teams.

Requirements:

Education:
