Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on costs and options, schedule service appointments, and more.
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000+ Performance Based Income! Salary + Commission and Performance Bonus!

Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on costs and options, offer additional services and special promotions, and schedule service appointments.
- Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, ensure customer's satisfaction, and maintain high CSI scores.
Requirements
- Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred.
- Toyota experience is preferred, all brand experience should apply!
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Good work ethic and computer skills.
- Dependable, pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
