Job Title: Sr. Technical Consultant
Locations: Broomfield, CO hybrid (Tuesdays and Wednesdays onsite)

The Senior Technical Consultant delivers global support for Conga's Product Suites, specializing in Revenue and Contract Management. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues while addressing customer needs promptly. Our technical support team manages errors, user challenges, and any other technical obstacles that hinder customers from utilizing Conga products efficiently. The core focus of our consultants is to ensure customers maximize the value and effectiveness of our solutions.

Are you the person we're looking for?
Relevant experience: 4+ years in technical support, preferably with enterprise SaaS products such as Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow. Ideal candidates will have Salesforce expertise in automation, administration, and management, along with the ability to review code and debug logs. Experience in technologies like .NET or Java is also beneficial.
Champion of the Customer: You understand that customers are one of business' most important assets and you take that seriously. With more than 11,000 customers around the globe entrusting Conga with their business, we make a commitment to their success and would love to hear how you will too!
Troubleshooting and Logical Thinking: These are essential skills for success in this role. Your demonstrated ability to analyze issues and apply logical thinking to identify root causes is critical. Experience in client support or delivery roles has equipped you to effectively investigate technical problems, prioritize, and escalate as necessary to meet client SLAs. Advanced knowledge of SQL scripting, Java, .NET, or Salesforce is required, with hands-on experience in any programming language being highly valued. You have a strong understanding of system interactions and how changes in one application can impact others.
Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
