SummaryFormulates business plans and decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Instrumental in the initial development of go-to market approach, including service line development plans as well as physician development in contact, relationship development with physicians/groups, acting as point-of-contact in contract negotiations and project management for complex business transactions such as joint-ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. Leads organizational efforts around growth through the development of new ventures and works with others to design the necessary legal and corporate infrastructure to support the expansion of core business activities. Provides planning and coordination of resources including contract review and drafting.

QualificationsEducation
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, health administration or a related field is required.
Master’s degree in business, health care administration, project management or a related field is preferred.
Experience
5 years of experience in healthcare strategy is required.
