Senior Manager, Operations - Seller Strategy, Enablement, and Go-To-Market (Local Marketplace)
Locations: NYC Preferred, Hoboken, San Bruno, Bentonville
Are you ready to shape the future of Walmart's Local Marketplace by leading our Seller Strategy and Go-To-Market operations? We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee roles that encompass Seller Strategy, Enablement, Analytics, Go-To-Market, and Launch functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing initiatives critical to our seller ecosystem, working on Seller Selection Strategy, Sales Operations & Enablement, Enterprise and Channel partnerships, Seller Analytics and Metrics, Launch Strategy, GTM operations and management, and more. You'll also be closely working with cross-functional partners in Sales, Onboarding, Product, Engineering, Marketplace, Last Mile Delivery, Marketing, PR, Legal, and Finance.

You'll Make An Impact By
- Setting the strategic direction and executing for Seller Strategy and Go-To-Market initiatives critical to the success of the Local Marketplace program.
- Scaling the Local Marketplace Seller base and markets by 10 to 100x.
- Serving as a trusted thought partner to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating priorities, challenges, and risks with a data-driven approach.
- Demonstrating a growth mindset and navigating in ambiguous environments within a highly matrixed organization.
What You'll Need
- 7-10 years of related experience in Consulting, Business Operations, Strategy, GTM Operations or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced and tech environment.
- Strong analytical skills, preferably with experience in SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
- Proven experience in program management, handling complex initiatives across stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to build new business initiatives from the ground up.
Minimum Qualifications
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.
