Job Summary:
Feldman Chevrolet of Livonia is seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant with experience in the Auto industry to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role where you will have the opportunity to use your sales expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building lasting relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive compensation and benefits package. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a generous commission structure, bonuses, and opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization. We pay on the frontend and backend, we even pay on reserve. Other benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discount programs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and determine their specific needs and wants
- Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features and benefits
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain communication to facilitate the sales process
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute towards the overall success of the dealership
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Utilize various sales techniques to overcome objections and negotiate deals
- Maintain a strong understanding of financing and leasing options
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and ethical work environment
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in the Auto industry is necessary
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to work weekends and some holidays as needed
