Responsibilities:
- Conducting hands-on secondary data analytics projects to inform a range of business issues, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey analytics, and managed markets analytics.
- Communicate/manage stakeholders, understand business questions, and perform relevant analytics to address questions; able to translate analytics to insights.
Required Skillset:
- At least 5 years of experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics.
- Patient analytics using claims and secondary market data.
- Brand performance analytics and reporting.
- Marketing analytics (preferred).
- Experience working in Oncology, Rare Disease, Specialty Brand (at least one required).
- Proficiency in working with data sources like APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub services, Formulary, etc.
- High proficiency in data analysis using tools like R, Python, SQL (at least one required/Python preferred).
- Independent contributor/Self-starter.
- Good communication and presentation skills to present work to Executive Leadership team.
- Able to commute to client location - 25%.
- Extensive knowledge of various pharmaceutical industry data sources such as IQVIA (xPonent, xPonent PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS, and Patient Level data) or Symphony data.
- Experience with the Immunology market is preferred.
