CND are engaged with one of our clients within the Energy sector to assist them in finding their next Lead Cyber Security Consultant. This is a role with a wide range of responsibilities, covering both technical, governance, and business elements. You will be building and managing effective relationships with various parts of the business to ensure that security is considered a priority as the organisation changes. The company prides itself on its innovative culture, and this role will be at the forefront of working with security solutions to match that nature.
This is a permanent role, with a hybrid working pattern. Their offices are based in Warwick and Wokingham.
Key Responsibilities
- Align programmes strategy, priorities, and timelines to steer the security delivery.
- Consulting with different teams to consult on security matters.
- Work on escalations and help to resolve issues using a risk-based approach.
- Assist with design reviews and coordinate reviews of activities.
- Ensure that residual risk is catalogued and accepted.
- Diverse range of experience across Risk, Vulnerability Management, Assessment, Strategy, and Monitoring Solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, across both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Ability to translate technical language into business context.
- Experience designing and implementing controls within services and the cloud.
- Understanding of what it takes to form a strategy and then put it to operation.
