Overview of Job Function:
The Application Consultant is responsible for providing a professional, creative, energetic and thorough experience for internal and external customers of Verint. The role involves consulting with customers both in person and virtually, as well as delivering training for multiple Verint solutions.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain fluency with Verint Applications.
- Grow subject matter expertise on Verint products such as Workforce Management and/or Quality Management including best practices and general insights for that industry.
- Introduce, configure, and train assigned customers on Verint Applications to ensure robust engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct design sessions and consulting events in accordance with the Verint Implementation Methodology.
- Provide best practice, optimization, and assessment consulting.
- Collaborate with others within Verint as part of the deployment process and troubleshooting.
- Schedule and organize events related to application consultancy.
- Document consultancy events and results thoroughly.
- Create, review, and update documentation.
- Configure, review, and test usage of Verint applications.
- Provide regular updates to customers on progress.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks such as timesheets, expenses, and travel documentation.
- Deliver Instructor Led Training for Verint solutions.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience.
- Understanding of Workforce Management and/or Quality Monitoring solutions.
- Proven experience demonstrating enterprise software solutions to clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during the implementation process.
- Consulting experience translating model and business process knowledge to clients.
- Working knowledge of large-scale, Windows and web-based enterprise application solutions.
- Ability to effectively structure, organize, and deliver consultative solution seminars and workshops.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Successful completion of a background screening process.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with Verint applications.
- Good understanding of contact center telephony environments.
- Consulting experience with customers.
- Proven ability to gain consensus and demonstrated leadership skills.
