FRBG - Senior Workday Human Capital Management Consultant
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- 4-7 Years’ experience in leading Human Capital Management (HCM) systems implementations, supporting Workday postproduction support services, or as a functional leader at a Workday client
- At least 4 Years’ experience in implementing and configuring Workday solutions, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying business requirements across multiple Workday module(s)
- 4-7+ years of enterprise resource planning (ERP), HCM implementation, and upgrade experience
- Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
- Completion of at least one full implementation with Workday HCM
- Workday certified in HCM a plus
Responsibilities
- Leads the planning, analysis, design and configuration of Workday Financial systems on an enterprise-wide basis or across a major sector of the enterprise
- Collects, analyzes information requirements and analytically and systematically evaluates problems of workflows, organization, and planning, and develops appropriate corrective action for configuration
- Act as the SME for all Workday HCM needs
- Be the escalation point for critical functional issues
- Oversee all functional work streams
- Work on tactical configuration in the Workday cloud-based technology package
- Provide effective application knowledge, project management, and delivery approaches to implementation and operations projects
