Job Title: Management Consulting
Travel Requirements: Up to 50% travel required

What You Will Do:
Senior Consultants are responsible for managing clients and implementing solutions to achieve project goals. You will lead project workstreams and have daily communication with clients to ensure success. This includes participating in operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Senior Consultants will prepare and present reports and presentations to clients and internal executives. You will also mentor and support consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables.
What You Will Need:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced client-focused environment where priorities may change quickly
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field; advanced degree is a plus
- 4.5+ years of experience in banking, insurance, or capital markets as a consultant or in the industry
- Knowledge and experience in one or more areas such as banking regulations, operational improvement, technology strategy, business architecture, business process improvement, or change management
- Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build positive client relationships and lead teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to travel as required once safe to do so
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Prior management consulting experience
- CPA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant certifications
The annual salary for this position ranges from $77,500.00 to $155,000.00. Salary decisions are based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and organizational needs.
