Responsibilities
- Act as a consultant regarding to the customer regarding the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Provide recommendations for change to align with the Customer's vision regarding policy, communications, and training initiatives.
- Create research designs to measure performance of organizational unit(s) regarding the collection and analysis of data.
- Research to include document review and gap analysis to include stakeholder identification and logistical coordination related to data collection activities.
- Apply both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to provide customer with comprehensive insights into organizational strengths and make recommendations for areas of improvement.
- Prepare visual presentations of data and analysis.
- Creation of reports and presentations to relay project results in areas of assigned research; present such information to senior leadership and senior level customers.
- All-source intelligence research, analysis, and report writing/editing.
- Potential for TDY travel.
Qualifications
Required:
- Requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of relevant experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent oral presentation and briefing skills.
- Knowledge of and experience in the fundamentals of data collection and all-source intelligence analysis.
- Familiarity with the customer's report writing standards.
Desired:
- Relevant targeting, desk officer, or operations certifications.
- Experience deploying strategic communications.
- Experience in HUMINT and Technical Targeting methodology.
- Proficiency with software and databases used in support of research and analysis for the U.S. Government.

Target Salary Range:
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
