Core Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email and texting to generate sales appointments
- Logdaily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment
- Convert visitors into customers by understanding their needs and pairing them with a vehicle that fits their lifestyle
- Conduct professional demonstrations of vehicle features and organize test drives
- Educate potential buyers on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology
- Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork
- Deliver sold vehicles and follow-up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- 1+ year(s) of successful automotive sales experience is required
- Experience generating sales leads online and over the phone is strongly preferred
- Proficient computer skills including data entry, typing, internet usage and the ability to learn and utilize new technology
- A demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
- The ability to think from the customer’s perspective to understand objectives and respond thoughtfully
- Bilingual in verbal and written English and Spanish is a plus!
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Hours and Work Environment
We are open Monday – Friday 8am to 9pm and Saturdays 8am to 8pm. We ask that all candidates have open availability to work during these business hours. We offer a 5-day workweek, and we are closed all Sundays. This is an onsite position, and requires working with customers in person as well as online and over the phone.
