This role as a Consulting Product Analyst WFH exists to support HCA Healthcare’s Post-Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation projects and provide leadership to achieve programmatic goals. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Support development of new post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care modules
- Collaborate with business owners to translate technology needs into system requirements
- Prepare system development artifacts such as requirements, analysis, process flow, and documentation
- Partner with ITG development and QA resources
- Apply post-acute care CMS regulatory updates to product design
- Perform and document functional and unit testing
- Lead enterprise deployment of technology through configuration, testing, and training
- Optimize software usage across programs
- Streamline operations to enhance service delivery
- Coordinate new interface deployments and assist integration strategies
- Provide tier 2 and 3 customer support
- Take ownership of responsibilities and work towards accomplishing goals
- Assist management in task prioritization and ensure project dates are met
