The Manufacturing and Quality (MQ) Tech at Lilly organization is engaged in an exciting phase of transformation as we drive our Digital Plant vision across Lilly manufacturing at the same time supporting unprecedented growth in Lilly’s manufacturing operation across the world.
The Digital Strategy Operations role for Manufacturing & Quality (MQ) Tech at Lilly team, is a high visibility and critical role to ensure we continue to execute on the MQ Digital Strategy, realize value associated with our major initiatives and ensuring the organization is operating effectively. You will have many opportunities to demonstrate curiosity, creativity, professional maturity, and high learning agility. You will demonstrate a strong commitment and care for getting every detail right, you will communicate clearly and succinctly and be a natural planner and driver. You will manage multiple high priorities, handle sensitive business matters with confidentiality and professionalism. Lastly you will thrive under pressure and aren’t afraid to challenge others — including those that are senior to you in level.
How You’ll Succeed:
- Manage and facilitate key leadership forums, town halls and governance meetings. Prepare agendas, material, pre-reads and follow ups.
- Monitor the progress on milestones of major initiatives and take action to escalate barriers.
- Partner with project teams to define, measure and report on the value metrics associated with major strategic initiatives.
- Support annual strategic planning and business plan processes, including ongoing prioritization of initiatives.
- Lead and manage digital and analytics projects.
- Lead the way as a champion for simplifying and automating work where possible (e.g., new solutions or customizing existing solutions to meet needs).

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT and/or Master of Business Administration, or related field.
