About The Role
- Helps Business and Digital Partners identify and implement technology solutions by determining the business requirements for a service, project, or program, and translating these requirements into user stories and features.
- Participates in strategic activities such as conducting research, assessing viable innovation opportunities, collecting necessary information for prioritization decisions, managing business expectations during execution, and measuring business benefit after deployment.
- Provides general analytical support across services and the entire organization, and therefore should understand key business processes, key business drivers, short and long-term direction, and related technologies.
- During development, they deal with issues and questions as well as provides support in implementing required changes.
- Defines, sets up, and executes Use Cases / User Stories; supports prototyping and design for innovative solutions; identifies opportunities for business-led delivery
- Promotes new technology opportunities and trends to Digital Business Partners
Requirements
Must Haves
- Minimum 6 years as Business Systems Analyst.
- Minimum 3 years supporting Tax / Accounting / Finance stakeholders in a large enterprise.
- Minimum 3 years hands on experience in SAP.
- Minimum 3 years delivering in Agile.
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors and managing contractors.
- Experience in CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry.
- Flexible. Able to shift priorities quickly.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Self-starter. Proactive and does not wait for official instructions.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in SAP Datasphere
- Experience in SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Experience in Power BI
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in Data Analytics
- Experience with Service Now
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or Business / Accounting.

Near proximity to Camden NJ.
Travel as needed. (5%)

Compensation And Benefits
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$85,900-$140,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
