Description
The Implementation Analyst is responsible for performing software implementation for clients throughout the project lifecycle. This position will work closely with both clients and internal teams to perform adherence standards and develop documentation to support project goals and ultimately make each implementation a success. The Analyst Implementation will perform software implementation initiatives between internal teams, client teams, and leadership to ensure client requirements are met.
- Perform services to include the setup of applications, initial conversion data verification, training on the applications, and go-live assistance.
- Support colleagues and managers to implement and proactively manage a superior technology solution for our clients.
- Develop clients' business processes and configure applications based on business needs and accepted best practices.
- Provide support to clients by leading customers through the implementation process, communicating with those involved to ensure that implementation is completed and any issues are resolved so client can be successfully utilizing the product.
- Responsible for system setup, administration, and maintenance.
- Document client satisfaction and successful go-live of technology solution.
- Compile and report solution gaps working closely with senior technical resources to provide impact to future features and functionality of our solutions.
- Perform quality check and analyze data conversions.
- Implement, train and make improvements to facilitate the best possible customer experience.
- Provide ongoing training to clients on an as-needed basis both remotely and in-person.
- Develop user documentation when required.
- Provide training summaries specific to the client following the training to assist other staff in providing quality customer care.
- Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.
- Involvement on campus or in the community preferred.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or MIS or related field from accredited program required or applicable years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
- Prior internship and/or related consulting experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge in implementation technologies, principles and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- Proficient computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
- Basic computer skills in implementation software and technologies.
- Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
Compensation
$70,000.00-100,000.00 Annually
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
