My client is a boutique, European based consulting firm, with operations across the United States. They already have 10 employees in the USA and are looking to expand their North American footprint. Their focus is operational strategy and industrial competitiveness across the Energy, Defense and Aerospace sectors.
They have partnered with Michael Page exclusively to secure their next Senior Consultant.
Description
Reporting directly into a highly experienced Principal, the Senior Consultant's main duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Strategic, high-stake projects driving significant improvements with your clients
- Competitiveness improvement projects
- Business transformation and functional turnaround engagements
- Project delivery
- Managing client relationships
- Third-party relationship management
Please note that this opportunity offers a highly flexible location, but there is significant national travel.
Examples of previous consulting engagements include:
- Nuclear - Developing strategy for new build nuclear technology selection
- Nuclear - Critical nuclear component manufacturing capacity expansion
- Nuclear - Life extension construction planning and optimization
- Nuclear - Billion-dollar nuclear cost reduction program on one of the largest infrastructure projects in North America
- Energy - Flywheel cost and design analysis
- Powersports: developing a business case for a new electric vehicle (public company)
- Powersports: rectifying quality issues at the supplier of a public company (with CEO attention!)
- Powersports/Automotive: Transforming the entire sourcing organization, including structure, roles and responsibilities, processes
- Defense - Establish strategic product platforms for radar and missile defense systems
- Nuclear - Cost reduction and design support for nuclear control room digitalization

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (non-negotiable)
- Relevant consulting experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work 100% remote, with significant national travel to client engagements
Job Offer
- $120,000 to $130,000 base salary

Desired Skills and Experience
