The Role:

- Will have a desire to advance in the business, this may be into lateral roles in an effort to gain a broad business perspective
This position reports directly to the Head of Human Resources.
- Assists senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development.
- May support business leaders in complex concepts such as employee compensation, labor relations, organizational design and execution.
- Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resource issues.
- Will take unrelated data sets, analyze them and bring recommendations to leadership based on this data analysis.
- Will proactively build employer branding campaigns to support forecasted labor ramps.
- Will work with organizational leaders to build a talent bench within the organization.
- Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach.
- May assist in payroll administration and timekeeping collection efforts.
- May assist with the administration of compliance for employee benefits, 401k, Affirmative Action Planning, etc.
- May assist with employee Leave of Absence administration.
- May at times provide administrative support to other business functions to include operations, finance, engineering, etc.
- May assist in planning, organizing, and implementing employee engagement events.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field plus a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Human Resources role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably with an advanced business degree.
- This is an individual contributor role but will potentially be the successor to the Head of Human Resources.
- Travel up to 20% may be required.
