Key responsibilities / You will get to:
- Consulting for technical IT services and IT components (focus on IT Service Management and platforms)
- Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring projects and processes in the IT landscape
- Plan and manage the integration of systems and components in projects
- Ramp up and support IT Environment (incl. IT Service Management)
- Reporting and steering to corresponding stakeholders and coordinate and manage external service providers
- Overseeing requirements and/or release management of the IT services and ensure stable and secure operation of the IT services
- Contribute to the rollout and implementation of deployments
- Continue to contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events
Key requirements/What we hope you bring:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in management consulting with a focus on IT transformation, IT service management, digital innovation or project & program management
- Bachelor in IT or economics preferably
- Practical experience as service or product manager in the implementation, control and optimization of IT services and IT components
- Experience in working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
- Affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
- Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
- Curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
- Your excellent command of English and high proficiency in German (C1) that you will use while preparing and delivering presentations and reports
