Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) Consultant
The role requires providing support for Information Technology (IT) Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC). The role requires analyzing, tracking, and reporting IT acquisitions and budgets and providing program management support for Information Technology Investment Review Board (ITIRB) processes. This is a client-facing engagement in a dynamic environment that requires the ability to interact, adjust, and continue to meet evolving demands.
This is a fully remote role. Salary range is $80,000-$95,000
- Provide and assist with Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) processes.
- Assist in reviewing and implementing guidance documentation, operational procedures, and scoring criteria, and for the management, control, and reporting of investment status.
- Report and maintain Exhibit 300’s and 53’s.
- Provide Program Management support for the System Development Life-Cycle (SDLC).
- Collect and analyze monthly data for the Major and Non-Major Business Cases.
- Formulate and monitor performance metrics and project risks.
- Develop project documentation, including budgets, project schedules, and various planning and implementation documents.
- Provide a wide range of management, analysis, quality assurance, logistics, and documentation support.
Requirements:
- Two to six years of experience supporting an IT organization.
- Federal Budget experience is a plus.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- Active Public Trust Clearance.
Preferred:
- Federal Management Consulting Experience.
- CPIC Experience.
