For the successful Principal Recruitment Consultant we are offering:
- £25-£30k Basic Salary DOE
- Uncapped Commission Structure paying up to 13% commission on temp and perm placements
- Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm
- Every 2nd Friday off

The Role: Principal Recruitment Consultant
- Developing new business and identifying sales opportunities
- Developing specific sector knowledge
- New Business Development
- Meeting with new clients to develop & expand business opportunities
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Converting & maximizing all revenue possibilities
- Liaising with the resourcing team
What we are looking for in a Recruitment Consultant:
- A highly motivated individual with a proven background in a specified sector (Engineering / Commercial / Industrial / Transport / Scientific) - ESSENTIAL
- Minimum 3 years within Recruitment sales experience – ESSENTIAL
- Valid Driving license - ESSENTIAL
