Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced physician assistant to join a well-established practice at PMG Gresham. You will join a dedicated, passionate, mission-driven group of providers who are making a vital impact to those in need by providing care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, patient population (all ages). You'll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered medical home made up of physicians, advanced practice providers, behavior health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team.
- Full-time (1.0 FTE)
- 4 or 5 days/week schedule (M-F)
- 2-years of post-graduate professional experience in a primary care setting required
- Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (In Basket management)
