As an LPN, you are essential to quality resident care.
Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.
You will:
- Train staff and assist the director of nursing
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
- Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
- Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
- Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
- Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
- Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations
You Currently:
- Possess a current LPN license in good standing
